My Bio
My campaign is about bringing accountability, transparency, and common sense to Montverde’s local government. I’m focused on preserving our town’s charm, protecting property rights, and ensuring that future growth respects residents and serves the community—not special interests. I believe in responsive leadership, fiscal responsibility, and keeping residents informed and involved.
I’m Bryan Rubio—a U.S. Marine Corps combat veteran, small business owner, real estate broker, and proud Montverde resident. I hold a Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and bring over a decade of experience in business, negotiation, and community advocacy. I’ve served on the Lake County Value Adjustment Board and on several committees with the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association, including finance, tech innovation, and professional standards. I currently chair a Military Advisory Council focused on education, outreach, and veteran advocacy. As a husband and father, I care deeply about the direction our town is heading. I’m not a politician—I’m your neighbor. And I’m running for Town Council to help ensure Montverde stays a great place to live, raise a family, and build a future.
